ST. ANTHONY’S FUN’RAISING COMMITTEE

On behalf of Father Casmir and the "Fun Raising" Team we want to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Dan Read, Aoife Conway, and Paul & Sharon Morissette, who are retiring from the "Fun Raising" Team after nine years of dedicated service. 

​

From the Committee’s inception in November of 2016

- and thanks to the participation and generosity of all Parishioners - over $33,000.00 has been raised through numerous Bake Sales, Gourmet Dinners, Wine Tastings, Movie Nights, and let's not forget our World Famous Potluck and "Loonie Auctions".

​

We would be remiss if we also didn't recognize Fred Shuttleworth, who filled in during the Covid Pandemic with his production and sale of his wonderful "Refections" CD.

Also, all the wonderful Parishioners of Saint George's who have supported many of our events, and the Haliburton Community at large, who participated in our recent and past Pie Bees.

These events have been fun, have built Community, and more importantly, have ensured the financial health of Saint Anthony's Parish through some difficult times these past few years.

Their departure from the Team, (although are still committed to help in future events), has created the opportunity for

NEW "FUN RAISING" TEAM MEMBERS!!
